Aditya B Nemani

Aditya's involvement with the Profession dates back to 1997, when he started training as an Article Assistant. He is also a qualified Information Systems Auditor and an Alumni of IIM-C. Aditya has vast experience in Direct Taxation, Business Advisory, Risk Advisory and Regulatory matters, wherein he has worked with industry leaders spanning various sectors. Bringing over 2 decades of experience with him, he is an integral part of the firm's Taxation team. He is a tough task master and is known for his analytical skills and meticulous ways of working and believes in taking the bull by its horns. He is also an Active Rotarian since more than a decade.

Ritesh B Jain

After attaining the designation of Chartered Accountant, Ritesh joined our organization and has since served as an associate for over a decade. Ritesh brings a wealth of experience in the field of accountancy, with a specialized focus on direct and indirect taxes. His expertise extends to handling search cases and providing comprehensive consultancy services. Ritesh has demonstrated proficiency in managing assessment proceedings, scrutiny assessment proceedings, and reassessment proceedings for clients before Investigation Wings and various Tax Authorities. Additionally, Ritesh possesses advanced knowledge in GST litigation and post-search proceedings. Notably, he has independently managed refund matters for JSW Group, securing successful outcomes from the department. His professional background encompasses diverse sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, construction, energy, retail, and consumer finance.

CA GauriShankar Gupta (COO)

GS as he's better known, his involvement with the Profession dates back to 1994, when he moved to Mumbai from Rajasthan to complete his ambition to make Mumbai his Home. Ever since then, having vast experience in Industry and thereafter in Practice, his unique trait is knowing and understanding both facets. His expertise in Direct Taxation, Business Advisory, Risk Advisory and Regulatory matters, wherein he has worked with industry leaders spanning various sectors is unmatched. Bringing over 3 decades of experience with him, he is an integral part of the firm’s Core Team. So far a problem has a solution, he's got it!

Abhishek Modi ( Senior Consultant )

Abhishek brings over a decade of experience in direct taxation, business & transaction advisory. He brings extensive expertise in handling search and seizure matters, direct tax litigation, scrutiny assessments, and strategic advisory services. As a lawyer, he excels at navigating the complexities of tax law, providing clients with effective representation and tailored guidance.

Throughout his career, Abhishek has successfully collaborated with a diverse range of clients in diverse business sectors including the infra, real estate, manufacturing, delivering effective solutions that help minimize risks, optimize tax strategies, and address intricate challenges. His experience in transaction advisory further enhances his ability to support clients in achieving their financial goals. His commitment to staying informed about the latest tax legislation ensures that clients receive personalized advice that meets their unique needs.

Ekta Thanvi (Advocate)

Ekta is a law graduate from Government Law College with a keen interest in taxation law and legal research. She has gained exposure to diverse areas of law through internships in service matters, family law, and mergers & acquisitions. Currently, she is focused on developing her expertise in taxation law and contributing to the firm's practice.

CA Aliasgar Bohara

Experience across business consulting, audit, risk management, finance, and taxation in professional services and industry roles. Previously associated with Ernst & Young, with exposure to operational and risk-based audits, internal controls, governance, and compliance. Strong analytical, cross-functional coordination, and management-level reporting skills."

Sahil Lulla

Over 3 years of experience in direct taxation, Tax planning, compliance services. He brings the diverse experience in accounting and taxation.
